These additional resources have been put together by several different organizations, for different purposes. They are also applicable outside of  Washington state. Some of them are updated regularly, and others are not.

Catalog of Federal Funding Sources for Watershed Protection

The Catalog of Federal Funding Sources for Watershed Protection is offered by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. The catalog is a searchable database of financial assistance sources (grants, loans, cost-sharing) available to fund watershed protection projects nation-wide.

Private Landowner Network

The Private Landowner Network is a national project of the Resources First Foundation to develop an Internet based resource to facilitate and encourage private landowner conservation endeavors. It has been designed to bring together service providers and information to assist voluntary private land conservation initiatives.

The Rocky Mountain Agricultural Landowners Guide

The Rocky Mountain Agricultural Landowners Guide (950 KB pdf) is a product of a partnership between American Farmland Trust and Coleman Natural Foods. It outlines tools and federal and state programs to help farmers and ranchers conserve their land and maintain its long term health.
