Assessing Water Resources in Adams County (PA)

Project Description

The goal of this project is to investigate the potential impact of future ground water withdrawals on stream flows. A ground water/stream flow model has been constructed to simulate aquifer levels and stream flows in the upper Monocacy basin, using the USGS’s MODFLOW-2000 finite difference ground water modeling software.
