Outcomes
Is the success of this project's actions being monitored? No/UnknownLessons Learned and/or Suggestions for Similar Activities
The major lesson relearned is that policy changes come slowly, are driven by repeated information delivery and demonstration of outcomes, and are highly dependent upon establishing long-term networks and working relationships within government and with congressional offices at both the local, state, and Washington, DC levels.
