Rare Aquatic Species and Community Counts
Overview
This feature class contains stream segments on which at-risk aquatic species or exemplary aquatic natural communities have been documented, including stream segments running through small lakes. Locations of species and communities were represented by element occurrences from the NY Natural Heritage database. The number of element occurrences intersecting the stream segment was calculated.
