Bayou Land Conservancy

Overview

Our Mission

Bayou Land Conservancy is a community-sponsored land preservation organization working with willing landowners to permanently protect land in the greater Houston region. We preserve river and bayou corridors, other properties with significant wildlife habitat value and places where family recreation can occur in harmony with nature. Our No Child Left Inside education program connects tomorrow's conservation leaders with nature today.

Update Your Profile Page

The information displayed on our current land trust pages is drawn directly from the Land Trust Alliance’s member directory. We draw from this single source of data to keep you from having to duplicate efforts. If you would like to edit this information, you can make your updates using this form. Your changes will take effect – both on the Alliance's website and LandScope – within a couple days.

We’ll soon complete an upgrade that will enable land trusts to add other material, such photos and descriptions of  featured projects or marquee initiatives, as shown in this example.

As always, we invite you to contact us with your questions, concerns, or comments!
