Predicted Biological Assessment Profile (BAP) scores based on a random forest model of known samples with local and regional variables.  The Biological Assessment Profile (BAP) of index values is a method of plotting biological index values on a common scale of water quality impact. Values from five indices -- species richness (SPP), EPT richness (EPT), Hilsenhoff Biotic Index (HBI), Percent Model Affinity (PMA), and Nutrient Biotic Index (NBI) are converted to a common 0-10 scale (Smith et al. 2010).
