Overview
Our Mission
To receive funds, and to hold lands, regardless of geographic location, for the use of the North Carolina Botanical Garden in carrying out its objectives of conservation, scientific investigation, teaching, public service and public recreation.
Our Focus
The BGF operates in numerous ecosystems, some of which include pine flatwoods, diabase glades, water supply watersheds, mixed-deciduous Piedmont uplands, bottomland hardwood forests, and vernal pools.
