Our Mission

Our mission is to conserve, protect and encourage sustainable management of the water, land and biological resources of the Indian River Watershed, including the Indian River Lakes of Jefferson, St. Lawrence and Lewis counties, New York so that they may be preserved for future generations. We will accomplish this through careful stewardship, excellent educational programs for members and the community at large, and well managed access opportunities for the public enjoyment of the natural environment.
